Q. How do I contact you?

Q. How do I know item conditions and prices?
A. Before purchase, please drop us a line.  We will send you every detail you need to know such as item conditions and prices. The automatic browser translation is not very accurate sometimes.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We use “http://global.rakuten.com” for international sales. You will receive a link to the item page where you can make a purchase. Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and wire transfer are accepted for payment.

Q. After ordering, how long will it take to receive the item?
A. Shipment will be made by EMS, an international express service that is relatively fast and includes a tracking number and all shipments are insured. In most parts of the world, packages will arrive about 2 to 10 days.

Q. How do you ship a guitar from Japan?
A. We use a special cardboard box for guitar which can protect from impacts.  It is filled with paper to prevent movement and the guitar itself is wrapped in bubble-wrap.

Q. Return policy?
A. We do NOT accept returns unless there is a problem with the item itself, such as inaccurate description, incorrect item shipped, or if the customer feels that they were misled in any way before the transaction. If you have any questions about the item you are interested in, please contact us and we will be happy to tell you any details that we can find.

Q. Can I visit the shop?
A. Of course! You can purchase at the shop. Please contact us when you visit.
